At HD Stitch & Print, each item is made to order and personalised specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalised items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or there is an error on our part.

✨ Personalised Items

As our products are custom-made (including names, dates, and other personal details), these items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun. Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order, as we cannot make changes once an order has been processed.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement or refund.

🔄 Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders are made to order, cancellations or changes can only be made within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, your order will likely already be in production and cannot be changed or cancelled.
