At HD Stitch & Print, all items are made to order and personalised specifically for you. Please allow processing time for your order to be carefully created before it is dispatched.
✨ Processing Time
As each item is handmade and personalised, please allow 3-7 days for production before dispatch. This may vary slightly during busy periods such as holidays or peak seasons.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
📦 Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- UK Standard Delivery: 2-4 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by postal delays outside of our control.
⚠️ Important Information
- We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or external factors.
- Once an order has been handed to the courier, we are not liable for loss or damage during transit (though we will always assist where possible).
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
